Delete Your Account

DoctorDesk — practice-management software (web app + Android app), developed and operated by AvienTech, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

If you are a patient, DoctorDesk is the software your doctor or clinic uses — you don't have a DoctorDesk login of your own unless your clinic gave you a patient-portal account. To have your medical record removed, contact your clinic directly (see our Privacy Policy, section 7). This page is for doctors, clinic admins, receptionists and lab staff who hold their own DoctorDesk login.

How to request deletion

There is currently no instant, self-service delete button — DoctorDesk logins are shared by a whole clinic (doctors, staff, patient records), so every deletion is verified by a person before it happens, the same way a patient's own record erasure is staff-performed, not automatic. Request it here or directly by email/phone:

  1. Submit a requestFill in the form below with the email or phone number your DoctorDesk account uses, or email/call us using the details at the bottom of this page.
  2. We verify it's youWe confirm the request against your registered login details. If you are staff at a clinic (not the owner), we may also confirm with the clinic's admin before closing your login.
  3. We process it and confirmYour request is actioned within 30 days, and we email you once it is done.

What gets deleted, and what stays

Your login: name, email, phone number and password Prescriptions and medical records you created for patients — kept in anonymised form, because a dispensed prescription is a medical and legal record that cannot be rewritten after the fact (same retention duty explained in our Privacy Policy, section 6). Access logs recording who touched a record are kept as a patient-safety safeguard. Invoice and billing records are kept as required by accounting and tax law.
Your BMDC certificate and verification details
Your profile photo, cover banner and signature image
Your public page content: bio, gallery photos, videos, social links
Your ability to log in — the account is closed

If you are the only admin of a clinic tenant, deleting your account closes the whole clinic's workspace, including any other staff logins under it — we will confirm this with you explicitly before proceeding.
